1 clove garlic/ crushed if you haven’t got a blender
KoKo dairy free yogurt/ or any natural yogurt.
Fresh lime juice to taste
salt and pepper
A little fresh chopped red chilli to garnish.
Place the first 3 ingredients into a blender and pulse until loosely combined.
Taste and season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
pulse again until it at the consistency of how you like your mayo. If its to thick add a little more yogurt.
Taste and season again if needed.
Served garnished with the finely chopped red chilli.
If you don’t have a blender place all the ingredients in a bowl and mash with a fork until its at you’re desired consistency.
