1 400g tin chickpea
2tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Your favourite Greedy Fox Seasoning. We love these in Moroccan.
Preheat oven 220deg
Drain the chickpeas and dry.
Toss them in a bowl with oil and your favourite Greedy Fox seasoning.
Line a tray with baking paper.
Spread the chickpeas in a even layer on the baking tray and bake for 30-40 mins watching the last 5 mins carefully to avoid burning.
Enjoy while hot.
