2 Salmon fillets
1 tbsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan seasoning
100 grm natural yogurt/dairy free alternative
1/2 Lemon juice only
Salt and Pepper
Pre heat grill med/high.
Mix The Greedy Fox Moroccan seasoning with the yogurt season with the lemon juice and a little salt and pepper to taste.
Marinade the the salmon for 20 mins in half the yogurt, reserve the other half for later.
Wipe excess yogurt from the salmon and grill for 4 mins each side.
Serve with reserved yogurt and sweet potato mash
