This recipe serves 4 but is easily doubled or even tripled for partys and bbqs.
500 grm diced pork steak
1-2 tbsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan seasoning
A handful cherry tomatoes
A handful diced peppers
Kebab sticks soaked in water for 30 mins
Pre-heat grill med-high
Add 1-2 tbsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan to then pork and rub in well.
Alternating between the tomatoes,pork and peppers, load the kebab sticks until all the meat is used up.
Cook under the grill for 3 mins each side (12mins in total] or until cooked through.
Serve with The Greedy Fox Cauliflower cous cous, swapping the Mexican seasoning for the Moroccan.
