Ingredients
500 grm Lamb mince
2 Tsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan seasoning
1/2 White onion chopped
50 grm breadcrumbs, we used panko but any will work well
2 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander
5 Kebab skewers soaked in water for 20 mins
Method
Pre-heat grill med-high
In large bowl mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Shape into 10 50gr sausages and skewer 2 per kebab
Cook under the grill for 3 minutes each side 10-12 in total or until cooked right through.
