350 gr Lamb mince
1/2 White Onion minced
2 Tsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan seasoning
1 Tbsp fresh chopped Coriander
2o gr breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Pre Heat grill med/high
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well until everything is well combined.
Divide mixture into 2 equal sized balls and shape into a burger.
Cook under the grill for 7 mins each side or until cooked through.
Perfect served in a brioche bun topped with a slice of beefsteak tomato and a little KoKo yogurt and sciracha.
