Everybody loves a pie so what better way to use up leftover Christmas meat
350g leftover turkey
500ml Leftover Turkey Gravy
The Greedy Fox Steak Seasoning
Leftover peas/frozen peas
1 pack puff pastry
Pre heat oven to 180 deg
Fry the mushrooms in the oil over a medium heat with The Greedy Fox Steak seasoning
Add the turkey and gravy cook for another 5 mins.
Pour Turkey mixture into a pie dish and top with the pastry crimp the edges with the back of a fork and cut a small slit in the to to let some steam out.
Brush with egg and bake for 45mins or until golden.
