1 Thinly sliced small red onion
1/2 Thinly sliced red pepper
1/2 Thinly sliced yellow pepper
1/2 Savoy cabbage, stalk removed and leaves thinly sliced
1 Carrot grated
2 Tbsp KoKo dairy free yogurt
1/4 tsp crushed garlic
salt and pepper
1 -2 Tsp The Greedy Fox BBQ Seasoning
Put all the veg in a bowl and mix well.
Add the garlic to the yogurt and season to taste.
Mix the yogurt dressing into the veg until everything is well coated.
Season the top of the slaw with The Greedy Fox BBQ seasoning.
