2 Salmon fillets
1-2 tbsp The Greedy Fox Caribbean seasoning
1 egg white
Panko breadcrumbs, if you cant find panko any will work just as well.
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 lime, juice only
1 sliced Tomato [optional]
Iceberg lettuce [optional]
1/2 Red chilli sliced
Pre heat grill to med/high
Chop up the salmon fillets into small bitesize pieces.
Add The Greedy Fox Caribbean seasoning and mix well.
Put half the salmon into a blender and blend until paste like then add to the the rest of the fish and mix well.
Add the rest of the burger ingredients and mix well.
Form into burgers and leave in the fridge for 30 mins to set.
Cook under a hot grill for 5 mins each side.
Build your burger the way you like it.
