500gr lean beef mince
1 tbsp The Greedy Fox Smokey steak seasoning
200 gr fusilli pasta, or your favourite.
1 Tin tomatos
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic crushed
1 veg stock cube
1 tbsp tom puree
salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chopped basil
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Add the lean beef mince and The Greedy Fox Smokey Steak seasoning to a mixing bowl, mix well and make into walnut sized balls. Transfer balls to a baking tray and bake for 10-13mins.
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta, cook as per pack instructions. Then drain. Return the pasta to the pan. Not on the heat.
For the quick pasta sauce add the tinned tomatoes oregano crushed garlic stock cube and the puree bring to the boil, then reduce and simmer for 10 mins until thick and pulpy.
Add the sauce to the pasta then the meatballs carefully mix well, scatter basil over and serve. Finish with the parmesan
Serve with fresh leaf salad and garlic bead. Or perfect made in advance for lunch boxes.
