The Greedy Fox Moroccan Chicken Gyros

8 Boneless chicken thighs, ask your butcher to do this or some supermarkets are starting to sell them now
1-2 Tbsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan seasoning
2 Tbsp Yogurt
1 Tsp Harissa
1/4 Iceberg lettuce
1/2 Red Onion
1 Tbsp Parsley
Pre heat grill med/high
If you are using wooden kebab sticks, soak for 30 mins prior to using.
Season chicken thighs with 1-2 tbsp The Greedy Fox Moroccan seasoning
Skewer on 2 kebab sticks 1 at each end of the thigh leave a little space and load another thigh until all the meat is gone. 4 thighs per 2 Kebab sticks
Cook for 20-25 mins until cooked all the way through, turning every 5 minuted or so and basting with the juices as you go.
Meanwhile make the Harissa yogurt and the salad.
Mix 2tbsp Yogurt with 1 tsp Harissa.
Finely chop the lettuce and red onion. Mix together in a large bowl with the parsley.
Chop the chicken thighs in half to make 4 kebabs load your pitta bread with the chicken breast, salad and Harissa yogurt and enjoy.
